What we Do

CMA seeks to promote, support and improve statistical and mathematical education in primary, secondary and tertiary schools in the Canterbury and West Coast region. CMA also seeks to inspire young mathematicians through competitions and other enrichment programs. We aim to support both educators and students to achieve their full potential.

Funding Available

Special funding is available for current financial members of the Canterbury Mathematics Association who may have projects that support the furthering of Mathematics education in the community. This could be funding to facilitate workshops, research or the creation of resources. The forms attached here contain all the details for application for this funding.
